Yes, carbon fiber rings can be engraved. They can also be laser etched although special experience may be required to do so effectively. We do not necessarily recommend it and are not set up to do it.
All carbon fiber, metal, and glass fiber rings come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If your ring breaks or cracks due to a defect in how it was made, we'll replace it. You'll need to provide a photo of the broken ring and may be asked to send it back to us.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from accidents, impact, or misuse
- Normal wear and surface scratches
- Chips caused by heavy impact
- Damage from chemicals, extreme conditions, or improper care
Wood rings:covered by aone-yearlimited warranty (not lifetime), because wood is a natural material subject to environmental factors. Damage from moisture is not covered.
Width is personal, but here's a useful guide:
- 4mm — slim and barely-there. Great for smaller hands or anyone who prefers a minimalist look. The most popular width for our Ultralight rings.
- 6mm — the classic width. Substantial enough to notice, narrow enough to forget about. Works well on most hand sizes.
- 8mm — bold and visible. Best for larger hands or anyone who wants the ring to make a statement.
If you're not sure, go 6mm. Most people who agonize over it end up happy with 6.
Yes. If you can't find exactly what you're looking for in our catalog, reach out. Custom orders take longer than standard build times — plan for 4–8 weeks depending on complexity.
Simple: if you're not 100% happy with your ring within 30 days of receiving it, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
- Size exchange: Free. We cover shipping both ways (within the USA). For international exchanges, you'll need to cover return postage.
- Full refund: Available within 30 days of shipment. Ship the ring back to us and we'll refund your full purchase price.

I didn’t think I liked black rings, but I wanted the breakaway since I had an experience where I was dangling from my finger as my old ring was caught at the top of a ladder. I decided I would try it even though it was black and I love it. Within the first day I forgot I was wearing it, it is so comfortable, and now I know I’m safe from losing my finger. Also I got the middle thickness and it’s just right, I could not be happier. I will gladly buy another if it ever breaks.

My husband needed a lightweight ring he could wear at work that wasn't a conductive metal for safety reasons and we found just that in the ring we purchased. The first order we placed the size we requested wasn't quite the right fit, but the returns team gave us a shipping label to send it right back and we had the perfect fitting ring the next week. Highly recommend these carbon fiber rings and this company for anyone to use, it was a great experience!!

So glad I discovered Element Ring company. I have been looking for a wedding band for several months now, tried on multiple different designs and materials from multiple different stores and designers. The carbon fiber ring that I ultimately decided on from element checks all of the boxes; great aesthetic, super comfortable, lightweight, thin, incredibly durable, perfect color and excellent return policy. I had purchased several to try out and returned the ones that I didn’t keep with no problems at all. Great company, great quality so much so that I bought a second one as a back up!
The ring was my 10yr anniversary since on that yr an aluminum gift should be provided. My husband is really happy with the piece, since is super lightweight.
