They ripped me off. I sent my ring in to be repaired. They claim to have sent it back, but I have never received it

Everything was perfect! The owners and staff made my order and rushed it to me so I received it in plenty of time for the wedding. Thank you so much for the Great customer service!

A few days after I got my ring, it fell apart. I sent it back to be repaired. Since then the only communication I've received have been emails asking me to review my order. I don't know anything about my ring. Has it shipped? Is there a tracking number? It's been crickets, just requests for reviews. We'll here you go. At this point I will not be buying anything else from this company, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone

So lightweight it’s almost freaky. I’ve been married close to 10 years, and in that course of time, I’ve tried every ring on the market. Silicone, metal, wood. Nothing compares to the carbon fiber it’s ultra thin ultralight, super stylish, and I will now wear nothing else.

It was awesome and the weight of this ring is so light that I forget I am wearing it worth the money and the best part I can wear when I am working with my hands.

I bought the desert sky for my husband who developed a metal allergy and could no longer wear the original ring. He loves it and hasn't taken it off since it arrived. Do not purchase last minute though, each ring is made on demand so expect about a month until delivery. The updates system could use work, because it sat on the same status for the whole time and i thought something was wrong. A lovely piece was received though so I'm very happy

The process from start to finish was a breeze. We picked a style we liked, got a quote for using a piece of wood that is special to us and then made our purchase. We then sent our custom wood to the address provided once purchased and the ring arrived a few weeks later. It is gorgeous!

I thought I had the correct ring size but did not, so I needed an exchange. They helped with with the exchange and I got the rings! Amazing rings at amazing prices. I have 2 carbon rings and 2 silicon rings. Absolutely love this company! Not sure why a dude would get a ring from anywhere else. They have by far the best carbon fiber rings and we all know how superior of a material it is.

If you think about it, wood is rarer in the universe than diamonds . . . For our matrimonial nuptials we wanted something different from the typical metal nooses, I mean rings. Wood is flexible, takes a little bit of care, and changes with time - much like a good relationship. We love the rings. Have been wearing them for 1.5 years now and the one time we dropped one of them, they repaired it easily and in a week or two. And emailing customer service for any issues is actually pleasant. Element is a great company, glad we went with them.

Climbing accident (actually, the falling part was the accident) required removal of wedding ring and realization I needed something that can be cut off easily. Made a spur of the moment decision to give this company a try. So much so that I didn’t even really pay attention when ordering and ordered wrong size and width. No worries, they responded to my panicked voicemail and had everything straighten out the next business day for me. As for the ring, couldn’t be happier. Sizing was perfect. Ring is so light I don’t even realize it is on. Highly recommend Element! Will probably order a second ring to swap out on special occasions.

Discovering Element Ring Co. was such a surprise because I was certain I'd have to go online for uniquely crafted men's rings. After browsing their site and finding what I was interested in, I visited the store, went over customization options, and purchased a ring. For context, I went with the Prince and swapped the darker material for the gold and had the titanium wrap all the way around. I couldn’t be happier with my custom ring from Element Ring Company. They took rocks from three of my favorite climbing areas—Indian Valley in Utah, Joshua Tree, and Yosemite—and incorporated them beautifully into the NYC-style band. I would prefer to have my wedding band always on my finger, but since I work on machines that are on 24/7 and didn't want to risk accidents/injuries, I decided to purchase "The Technician" since that is part of my official job title anyway. I love that it's snug and is the perfect substitute for my wedding band that I don't feel "naked" anymore whenever I have the real thing removed (and possibly not upsetting my wife lol). It's simple, lightweight and it's just perfect!
