Warranty Policy

Non-Wood Rings:

Lifetime Warranty
Element Ring Co offers a lifetime warranty for all carbon fiber, metal and glass fiber rings. If any of these types of rings ever break or crack, Element Ring Co will replace the ring. Customers must provide proof of the broken ring in the form of a photo and/or sending the broken ring back to us. We do reserve the right to void the warranty if a customer is abusing the warranty or rings as set forth under the subheading “Limitations”.

Wood Rings:

*Limited Lifetime Warranty
Element Ring Co offers a *limited lifetime warranty for all rings built with wood of any species, volume, or style. Most claims made involving wood style rings are moisture related. We will not warranty any ring if there are signs of moisture (swelling & delamination are the most common, in certain instances corrosion can also be present). These claims are NOT REFUNDABLE or covered under any of our warranties. The second most common claim is chipping (10% of the time). NOTE: We use natural (but stabilized) wood. It is more durable than wood you may find in the wild however it is still natural and requires care and attention if you wish for it to last. In the case of separation with no moisture evidence, we will need to see the ring in person to verify the cause and may choose at our discretion to repair or replace. If the ring is outside of the warranty limitations listed below under *limited lifetime warranty, Element Ring Co. may offer a discount towards the purchase of a new ring.
