Element Ring Co offers a lifetime warranty for all carbon fiber, metal and glass fiber rings. If any of these types of rings ever break or crack due to manufacturing defects, Element Ring Co will replace the ring. Customers must provide proof of the broken ring in the form of a photo and/or sending the broken ring back to us. 

Examples of issues / damage that would not be covered under the Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty include:

• Size changes due to weight gain/loss
• Scratches or damages occurred due to abuse
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or fire
• Deliberate or accidental deformation
• Loss or theft of the ring

Element Ring Co offers a *limited lifetime warranty for rings built with wood. This warranty covers any breaks or defects caused by manufacturing for ONE YEAR.

Note: We use natural wood and stabilize with resin for added longevity. It is more durable than non-stabilized wood however it is still natural and requires care and attention if you wish for it to last. In the case of damage to a wood ring with no moisture evidence, we will need to see the ring in person to verify cause and may choose at our discretion to repair or replace. If the ring is outside of the warranty limitations listed below, Element Ring Co. may offer a discount towards the purchase of a new ring. 

Examples of issues/damage to a wood ring that would not be covered under the Limited Manufacturer Warranty include:

• Moisture-Related defects. Extensive exposure to moisture (showering, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, excessive washing, etc.) can cause swelling, cracking and delamination of the ring. These claims are NOT REFUNDABLE or covered under warranty.
• Size changes due to weight gain/loss
• Scratches or damages occurred due to abuse
• Exposure to harsh chemicals or fire
• Deliberate or accidental deformation
• Loss or theft of the ring
