Element Ring Co started as a weekend project between two guys who thought wedding rings were stuck about 50 years behind everything else men wear. Rylan and Max weren't jewelers they were makers who got obsessed with a question: what happens if you build a ring the way you'd build anything else you actually trust with real engineering, not just a mold and a polish?
That weekend project turned into a real workshop in South Salt Lake, Utah, where we now build rings out of carbon fiber, wood, titanium, and materials most jewelers have never touched. Every design gets built and stress-tested by actual engineers on our team, not sourced from a catalog and relabeled.
We're still doing this because the roads less traveled turned out to be more fun anyway. We'd rather build the weird one than stock the safe one.
Built by engineers, not resellers
We pay attention to the parts most ring companies skip the weave pattern in a carbon fiber band, the grain direction in a wood inlay, the fit tolerance on a titanium core. That's the difference between a ring that looks good in a product photo and one that still looks good five years and a thousand job sites later.
