To create a glow ring with glowing strands, we blend specially formulated glass and carbon fibers, producing a stealthy daytime appearance with a subtle green glow at night. Our crafty method produces a stronger and more durable ring with a unique aesthetic exclusive to Element Ring Co.
GLOW INTENSITY AND CHARGING
Short exposure (>3 seconds) to UV light is enough to "charge" these rings. The intensity of the glow tapers off relatively quick, though you may find the ring still glowing into the night well after you have turned off the lights. Each ChromaGlow ring sold comes with our Micro UV key chain light, custom made with a 365nm LED, the most effective wavelength for charging the photo luminescent particles.

This Ultralight Men's Ring with Wave Carbon Fiber is a slimmer version of its big brother, the original Wave Carbon Fiber Ring. Just as a surfer carves out a path as he drops into a powerful wave, the ring’s pattern echoes the controlled movements of the sport. *This ring is made by taking a thick carbon fiber plate and machining the ring therefrom. Due to this we have seen this style ring fail in medium to heavy duty applications where our Ranger, Racer and Bullet rings will not.
Although we cannot claim this ring to be a "breakaway" ring, we have seen very few instances where it has indeed broken away in cases of getting caught.

Built from a combination of 3k and 1k carbon fiber fabrics, the Pilot ring guides you in with precision and skill. Each outer woven strand of carbon fiber is made up of 1,000 individual filaments of carbon vs the usual 3k (3,000 filaments) and sometimes 12k (12,000). Don't confuse the size of the # with quality or strength, 1k is traditionally the most difficult to come by and always the most valuable. In addition to this ring being uniquely made from this finely woven carbon fiber, it is processed in a way that yields a soft touch, textured finish. A first of its kind in the ring world.

FAQs
The easiest way is to wrap a thin strip of paper around the base of your finger, mark where the paper overlaps, then measure that length in millimetres — that's your circumference. Cross-reference it against our size chart to find your US size.
A few things that affect fit: fingers are slightly larger in the evening and in warm weather, so measure then rather than first thing in the morning. If you're between sizes, go up one — a ring that's just slightly loose is more comfortable than one that's too tight.
Not confident? We'll send you a free sizing kit. Just add it to your order and we'll hold your ring until you confirm the right size — no extra charge, no delay to your final delivery.
Width is personal, but here's a useful guide:
- 4mm — slim and barely-there. Great for smaller hands or anyone who prefers a minimalist look. The most popular width for our Ultralight rings.
- 6mm — the classic width. Substantial enough to notice, narrow enough to forget about. Works well on most hand sizes.
- 8mm — bold and visible. Best for larger hands or anyone who wants the ring to make a statement.
If you're not sure, go 6mm. Most people who agonize over it end up happy with 6.
Yes. Real carbon fiber is absolutely electrically conductive and you should NEVER wear carbon fiber rings if you are working with electricity in any manner. Here is a list of conductive and non conductive rings It’s a common misconception that carbon fiber rings are perfect for electricians but don’t be fooled. This idea stems from poorly made knock-off “carbon fiber” that is in fact black dyed fiberglass. Real carbon fiber is conductive. Our carbon fiber rings are made out of real carbon fiber.

They ripped me off. I sent my ring in to be repaired. They claim to have sent it back, but I have never received it
Everything was perfect! The owners and staff made my order and rushed it to me so I received it in plenty of time for the wedding. Thank you so much for the Great customer service!
A few days after I got my ring, it fell apart. I sent it back to be repaired. Since then the only communication I've received have been emails asking me to review my order. I don't know anything about my ring. Has it shipped? Is there a tracking number? It's been crickets, just requests for reviews. We'll here you go. At this point I will not be buying anything else from this company, and I certainly won't recommend it to anyone
So lightweight it’s almost freaky. I’ve been married close to 10 years, and in that course of time, I’ve tried every ring on the market. Silicone, metal, wood. Nothing compares to the carbon fiber it’s ultra thin ultralight, super stylish, and I will now wear nothing else.
It was awesome and the weight of this ring is so light that I forget I am wearing it worth the money and the best part I can wear when I am working with my hands.
I bought the desert sky for my husband who developed a metal allergy and could no longer wear the original ring. He loves it and hasn't taken it off since it arrived. Do not purchase last minute though, each ring is made on demand so expect about a month until delivery. The updates system could use work, because it sat on the same status for the whole time and i thought something was wrong. A lovely piece was received though so I'm very happy

The process from start to finish was a breeze. We picked a style we liked, got a quote for using a piece of wood that is special to us and then made our purchase. We then sent our custom wood to the address provided once purchased and the ring arrived a few weeks later. It is gorgeous!

If you think about it, wood is rarer in the universe than diamonds . . . For our matrimonial nuptials we wanted something different from the typical metal nooses, I mean rings. Wood is flexible, takes a little bit of care, and changes with time - much like a good relationship. We love the rings. Have been wearing them for 1.5 years now and the one time we dropped one of them, they repaired it easily and in a week or two. And emailing customer service for any issues is actually pleasant. Element is a great company, glad we went with them.

Climbing accident (actually, the falling part was the accident) required removal of wedding ring and realization I needed something that can be cut off easily. Made a spur of the moment decision to give this company a try. So much so that I didn’t even really pay attention when ordering and ordered wrong size and width. No worries, they responded to my panicked voicemail and had everything straighten out the next business day for me. As for the ring, couldn’t be happier. Sizing was perfect. Discovering Element Ring Co. was such a surprise because I was certain I'd have to go online for uniquely crafted men's rings. They took rocks from three of my favorite climbing areas—Indian Valley in Utah, Joshua Tree, and Yosemite—and incorporated them beautifully into the NYC-style band. I would prefer to have my wedding band always on my finger, but since I work on machines that are on 24/7 and didn't want to risk accidents/injuries, I decided to purchase "The Technician" since that is part of my official job title anyway. I love that it's snug and is the perfect substitute for my wedding band that I don't feel "naked" anymore whenever I have the real thing removed (and possibly not upsetting my wife lol).
