Camel Trophy Custom Ring # 2

Description

Customer supplied steel lug nut. Engineering time to develop CAD and CNC machining program. Hexagonally machined metal with two grooves / channels 1mm off each edge. Total ring width @ 8mm. Ring will be Cerakoted (H Series, RAL 8000) to match Camel Trophy yellow as closely as possible. Twin channels will be Cerakoted / painted black. These channels are intended to mimic the risers / guidewires of the adventure vehicles from the Camel Trophy series. The ring will be engraved on the ID with "One Life. Live It."

This will also include a pure (bullet style) carbon fiber ring with two grooves machined and coated with similar color Cerakote. 

Element Ring Co. will ship out 3 basic rings for confirming size prior to machining the lug nut.  

We will collect an extra $50 to test run the laser engraving on a scrap ring prior to final etching on actual Cerakote lugnut.
